To make a claim, send an email containing the details of your loss and a copy of the required documents to inquiry@bethelgen.com, with the subject line “CLAIM NOTICE” and wait for a reply from Bethel General Insurance and Surety Corporation acknowledging the claim (usually within 24 hours).
