Our Commitment to You

We treat your data with utmost importance, security and confidentiality, we have installed internal policies and Organizational, Physical and Technical security measures that ensure that your data is free from unauthorized access, processing and disposal, theft or loss. We continually improve these policies, processes and security measures to make sure that the protection that we put in place are always relevant and up-to-date. Further, we only have a select few of employees in GOOD INTENTIONS, who are authorized to collect, process, use, and share your Personal Data.

By availing of our services and/or products, you signify that you have read, understood, and consented to the collection, processing, use, and sharing of your Personal Data, particularly your Personal Information, in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the Data Privacy Act of the 2012.

In order for us to provide you with our products and services, we would need to collect personal information from you. Your specific Data Privacy Rights are as follows:

1.Right to be Informed. – You have the right to be informed on all matters relating to the handling of your data. This includes but is not limited to the details of the collection, processing and/or sharing of your personal information. Should you wish to know more about this, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

2.Right to Access. – You have the right to access and obtain from GOOD INTENTIONS a copy of any information relating to you that we have in our processing systems.

3.Right to Rectification. – You have the right to dispute and correct any inaccuracy or error in the data that we hold about you. We encourage you to immediately notify us about any errors in our database. This will allow us to provide you with better services that we hope will translate to a better GOOD INTENTIONS experience.

4.Right to Erasure or Blocking. – You have the right to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal data in our processing systems. Should you feel that the purpose for which your data is being processed has already lapsed, please feel free to notify us so that we can delete or erase any particular data that you might want us to delete.

5.Right to Object. – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. This includes your right to object in the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of your information.

6.Right to Damages. – You may claim compensation if you suffer damages due to the processing of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or erroneous information about you. The data privacy act of 2012 specifies the acts and or omissions (negligence) that become the basis for you to claim damages.

7.Right to Data Portability. – You have the right to request a physical or electronic copy of your data. This will allow you to study the data that we collect and process and will also empower you to make further decisions on how you want us to process your data to maximize your experience with us.

8.Right to File a Complaint. – GOOD INTENTIONS takes paramount care in handling your personal data. We also recognize that you should have the power to correct and access your information. Should you feel at any point that there has been mishandling or misuse of your information, or that any of your data privacy rights have been stepped upon, you may email your complaint directly to info@goodintentions.pro.

On Outsourcing and Sharing Your Data

A. Why do we outsource the processing of your data?

Just like any other organization, we may outsource or subcontract the collection, storage, processing and use of personal information to third parties, we do this in order for us to optimize our internal process, keep our costs to a minimum, and to improve the quality of our customer support.

B. Who do we outsource the processing of your data with?

We outsource the processing of your data with vendors, service providers and partners. There is always a data processing agreement in place to legally bind all our partners to protect all the data involved in the outsourcing process.

C. Outside outsourcing, do we share your data to other parties?

There are cases where the sharing of your data can happen outside the realm of outsourcing but they can only happen in the following scenarios:

1. You consent to the sharing of your data to another entity. This means that we will make sure to get your explicit consent by telling you the purpose of the sharing and the entity that we will share your data to. In all cases that would fall under this scenario, there will always be a Data Sharing Agreement to govern the transfer of the data and to protect your rights.
2. We are legally bound to share the data via a court order or a subpoena, to a governmental agency.

D. What are the obligations of the parties receiving your data?

GOOD INTENTIONS makes sure that our vendors, service providers, partners:

1. Comply with the legal obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its IRR and all the other relevant laws
2. Comply with the minimum security features to protect data from unauthorized access and data breach, we require them to protect data consistent with our Privacy Notice.
3. Are only authorized to use Customer Data for such contracted purposes. They may have access to Customer Data for a limited time under reasonable contractual and technical safeguards to limit their use of such information.

E. Can you opt out from the sharing of your data?

GOOD INTENTIONS recognizes that the ultimate owner of personal data is the user, it is in this regard that we provide channels for the client to refuse, withdraw consent or object against the processing and/or sharing of his/her data.
